Poem

Just a Woman / Just a Man

Get it out...let it flow seek the summit just let go
Many rungs that force the steps gotta get there...win this bet
Within myself a force that meets an empty heart and one who greets
The rockets flying retro grade doubts that beckon let them fade
Go for broke this time around nothing hollow hear the sound
Its beating with a healthy rhythm building toward a friendship...giving
Just a woman just a man doing what they think they can
Searching for the other where never finding them just there
Til now and faltered thinking wains like teardrops in a summer rain.
