Love Letters of the Soul

I wakened from an intense dream this afternoon. I opened my window before I laid back down on my cool pillows. The rain was falling gently like tears on a feather as the breeze drifted through the opening to caress and rustle the drapes.
I was lulled back to sleep from the distant thunder of the storm that recently passed pulsed through my muscles...relaxing each one little by little. When I woke the second time the room was glowing with a peach tint and the sun was setting.
My body yearned for a total stretch as soft images of you, returned to me.
I visualized you in a long-sleeved green shirt...leaning back in your chair with your arms stretched out as if to say, Here I am...I'm all yours...or perhaps Go ahead darlin'...fall, I'll be hear to catch you.
I stretched like a Cheetah on a Banyon tree...my legs seeking out the bed posts, long yearning limbs breaking free from tight thoughts and dreams... gently teasing the oak with my toes...as my fingers barely touched the headboard...trying so hard to meet this self imposed challenge this afternoon.
Did you know that the oak is one of the strongest woods in nature?
Kind of like you and your words.
I dream of you in my boudoir chair...arms cast to each side...eyes glaring at me with a sensuous smile. You're watching each move and orchestrating my passions.
You say to me, Try harder...you can do it darlin...harder...get into it...you can do anything you desire.
Then I did it for you...only you weren't really there...but somehow you were.
The artist in me began to paint you here with me this evening.
I carefully take out my brush and find the most expensive sables as nothing would be too good for you. I'd draw the faintest outline of you against my body. Your hands would be on mine...pressing upon the bedposts...holding gently to my fingers and lacing them together like stitches to our hearts...binding.
I would paint the strong fingers of love assuring me of your presence there. Then I would draw your face, softly whispering...into mine. Our profiles would blend into one image that molded together like a fine Michelangelo or a sculpture by Rodin.
Our lips would be colored in pinks, fuchsia and peaches.
Isn't this the colors of love?
The median would be of the finest oils from Italy as not to run or fade with time.
Our eyes would be painted in an embrace and brushed gently onto the tightest of canvas. A taut canvas stands eons...like you painted within me.
The colors from our love would be apparent from the glow of our irises as the image of you and I become fused . Our desires would be set a blaze with the passions of the winds, the forces of the oceans and the taming of the wildest of fires. This would be the painting of a love so hot that the canvas flames with burning desires only few will taste.
The palette of these pleasures would be deep burgundies, magentas and the hottest of tints, hues and shades of provocative love.
The aura of the souls would be white. This wonderful color that isn't a tint but forces the glow from the core of happiness. It fills our hearts.
Is this not the color of my love for you?
The flowing liquids of our union would be painted in aquamarines, pale sea green and the cooling blues that soothe our bodies after the climax has taken us to Utopia...our bed of passions molding us and painted in time eternal.
The streaks of our juices form flowing strokes as the tip of the brush allows them to merge onto the sheets... painted with gentle care...feathered sable hairs trailing streaks of yellows and pinks...whites with highlights of silver where love runs and
slowly pools onto the carpet below.
Is this not the color of my love for you?
After this is all set to memory, I would breath each stroke of our souls. Augh, the colors of the rainbow. The colors of the Universe, of man and the colors of a lust lost in love and bedded in time.
Is this not the colors of our love?
       OUR LOVE.
This is how I want you, need you and desire you.
I 'd hang this piece over our dreams to inspire us always and remind us of a love so intense and passionate that the embers of our spirits would never expire.
This is my canvas of love for you. It will always hang in my heart and give me the eternal image of a most passionate affair of two souls.
It immortalizes a part of my soul that touched yours and walked together somewhere in time.
I return to this dream often...for the comfort and the visions of passions it gives me of you.
