Poem

Renewal

The seasons come and go

Life moves on It is the way

The timeless way

The chains that bind us rattle and constrict

There is death

There is life

There is renewal

The balance of the seasons, of earth and mind

What are these chains that bind us, and constrict our essential being?

Family?

Friends?

Our daily drudgery?

Those stolen moments of quiet reflection?

A harsh word?

Our very culture?

The collective Earth mind?

Our sub-conscious pit of horrors and memories?

Let the sun shine brightly

The vibrant rays of the cosmos

A veritable palate of color and hope

Let it permeate your

Inner Temple

Renew.

Let there be RENEWAL
