Winged Spirit ... My Father's Voice

The Red Tailed hawk sits way on high watching over me
He salutes my presence every morn from the mossy live oak tree.
He swoops above to let me know his magic says hello
He is the spirit of lost souls and natures way to show
He speaks with wisdom and of truth in every cry he makes
Take care sis and watch your Mom I sail on high to take
The reigns of sentries over you and family that is there
I know you feel my soul is here and that you have no fear
The earth is ready for a change its coming sure as this
The blue of skies will transcend worlds then close the evil abyss
The world of greed will disappear, a hundred years will show
The good of man and all his sons his daughters come to know
That spirit of the good in man and redemption shown to lands
Will walk in truth and honesty our palms beseech the hands
Turned up to rains as pure as new as clear as ever seen
One hundred years to prove the good that few have ever seen
This hawks message with dads voice...he trails his whispers here
I know dear father I know you're there your words are very clear
Guardian of the forest glen, islands to the sea...
Soul of a man I miss so much...winged spirit free.
