ever since i was a little girl, i've always had a feeling that theres always been someone watching me, following me, waiting for me. when i moved into an old house that was once a hospital, it became very apparent to everyone in my family.
the scariest things, of course, would only happen when i was alone. i would be in the kitchen making a snack or whatever, and cabinet draws would open and something would fall out and the door would close again. then all of a sudden i hear the door to our music stand open and an old timey song came on. well of course i freaked out and stayed outside until my parents came home from work.
later that year my family moved again and this time it was the basement that scared me. it was always cold, even if we turned on the heat, had dirt floors, and when we moved in there was a cage with the door locked with no key to be found. one day, alone again, i was playing on the computer when my basment door creaked open about an inch or two and i could hear the cage moving around and scratching against the walls. then i could hear something that sounded like a person trying to put an animal in a cage. i could hear voices, all though i couldnt make out the words, and then a loud scream from a fully grown man. then the door slamed shut and just them my dad walked in.
once again we moved into the house where i currently live and this is my last scary tale. one day,yet again, home alone, i was getting ready to take a shower. when i take a shower and im alone i close all the windows and doors and lock them. anyways i went into the bathroom and locked the door behind me and took a nice hot shower. when i was done the tempeture in the house had dropped 20 degrees and i looked and the window and the door in the bathroom were open, both had been locked. when i went out into the hall every door and window was open. i had shut and locked everyone of them.
