In my cousins old house in there room at night they would here a mans laughter. when they finally decieded to moveout of there, my aunt was packing up in the basement and every once and a while the lights would flick and go out. she was getting fed up and yelled "i gotta get these boxes packed" and the rest of the time the lights stayed on. my uncle is a music teacher and when he brought on of the boxes from the old basement to his office at the school the lights stopped working. he had the janitors check it out and they couldn't figure out why it was happening.
