My sister and I agreed that no matter how far the technology has gone, we cannot deny the fact that there are really some wandering spirits around us that want to finish their mission on earth by seeking our help.

My story happened this Holy Week of 2003. I was working then as an email support in a call center here in Manila. After the preshift meeting, we went starting our work. Since it was a graveyard shift, we were allowed to play music on our pc provided that we're using earphones. So my officemate (who's one seat apart from me), started to listen to her fave disc played on her pc. After few minutes, she realized that she's hearing 2 music. She stopped playing the cd, and the other music kept on playing (and this one sounded like the one we hear on a funeral service). She insisted that there's no such music installed on her pc since she wanted only upbeat music to keep her awake. I told her to close the media player, but the music unexplainably kept on playing. She even made me listen to the music 10 minutes after she closed the media player. To my surprise, it's true, and it feels eerie at that time.

So I told my officemate to pray 3 Glory Be's as I remembered what my Theology professor told us to do whenever we encounter something eerie. And she did what I told her. Suddenly, the music stopped playing right after she prayed.
