It was a simple trick we came up with to help Shankar. Sabrina made the board and prepared the utensils. I was in charge of the place. My parents were on a holiday at Pangkor, so I decided to use my place. Iskandar was in charge of making sure Shankar and Nisha were there. Kamariah was in charge of the food.
I can still remember the day, Sept 22nd. It was 5pm, and all of us were there. Sabrina explained to us about how the game works. By 6pm everyone was eager to play and we started as the sun set.
The board had the letters of the alphabets, and numbers from 0 to 9. Sabrina had a small wine cup. There were colours & Yes/No brackets. I had read somewhere that it was called the OUIJA BOARD. Since we did not know where to find one, we had to make one of our own. The idea of the trick was to reveal Shankar's love for Nisha. To tell them that they should be together!
